Quark casserole with vanilla sauce

Ingredients (mould diameter 16-17 cm)
 3 Eggs
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 30 g Natural yogurt
 15 g Corn starch
 Sweetener
Ingredients for Vanilla Sauce
 1 Egg
 300 g Milk (2%)
 12 g Corn starch
 Vanilla
 Sweetener
Directions

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Add the curd, yoghurt, sweetener and cornstarch to the egg yolks.

Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth and stir thoroughly into the batter.

Pour the batter into the tin and bake at 160 °C for 30-35 minutes.

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the egg, vanilla, sweetener and cornstarch.
