Very tender curd casserole.

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Add the curd, yoghurt, sweetener and cornstarch to the egg yolks.
Beat the egg whites to a stiff froth and stir thoroughly into the batter.
Pour the batter into the tin and bake at 160 °C for 30-35 minutes.
P.s. nutritional value is given without vanilla sauce.
