This cottage cheese casserole is so good that before you know it, you'll have to bake a new one.

Place 4 eggs, egg white and cottage cheese in a bowl. Blend everything into a smooth paste.
Add the protein, starch, sweetener, and baking powder and whisk until smooth.
Cut the peaches into small pieces and add to the dough. Stir and pour the mixture into the tin.
Place in a preheated oven at 165-170 °C and bake for ~40 minutes.
