Cottage cheese casserole with berries and, but not stuffed, but topped with jelly. Well, just a charming delicacy!

Cottage cheese casserole with berries in jelly

Ingredients (shape diameter 20 cm)
 4 Eggs
 600 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Milk 2%
50 g Corn starch (or rice flour)
 Vanilline Sweetener
Ingredients for the berry layer
500 g Berries (raspberries, cherries and strawberries frozen for me)
 10 g Gelatin
 60 g Water
 Sweetener
Directions
1

Eggs, milk, cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla are placed in a bowl and blended into a homogeneous mass. Stir in the cornstarch.

2

The mass is poured into a form (the form must be chosen from which the berry jelly poured on top will not flow through the bottom).

3

Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake ready for ~ 30-35 minutes.
Remove and cool in the form.

4

Put the berries in a saucepan and boil with sweetener. Blend.
Or leave it whole (as I did).

5

Swell the gelatin in cold water. It is then melted in a hot water bath or in a microwave oven (20 sec.). Don't boil!

6

The dissolved gelatin is added to the berries and poured onto the cooled casserole.
Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours.
