Ingredients (diameter 20 cm)
 3 Eggs
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 200 g Apple (or berries)
 97 g Banana
 130 g Corn flour (or any other)
 1 tsp. Baking powder and / or soda
 Vanilla or cinnamon
 Sweetener as needed

Blend the eggs with banana, cottage cheese and vanilla.

Add flour and baking powder.

Peel an apple and grate it (I like the cut better - then it feels better).

Stir apples into the dough, put in the form of dough and bake at 170 degrees for ~ 45-50 minutes.
