I've always liked curd buns, including like this.

Add the egg, flour, baking powder, vanilla and sweetener to the curd.
Mix the dough, divide it into 2 equal parts and form two round buns with "borders".
Mix two eggs with cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and cumin and fill into buns.
Bake in the oven at ~175-180 °C until light golden.
