Crush the cottage cheese, add the egg, sweetener, and flour and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 10 equal parts (32 g), form balls with your hands, and press the raspberries into the middle.
Place the curd balls in lightly salted boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
Served with fresh raspberries or Greek yogurt and honey.
