Belgian waffles with salmon

Ingredients
 3 Small eggs
 190 g Hot smoked salmon
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Skimmed milk kefir
 130 g Flour (I used whole wheat flour)
 40 g Greens (scallions and dill)
 ½ tsp. Soda
 Salt, pepper spices of your choice
Directions

Blend the eggs with cottage cheese and kefir. Add soda and mix well.

Add chopped greens, chopped salmon, and flour to the mass. Mix everything well.

Put the dough (2 large spoons) in a preheated waffle iron and bake until ready.
Or bake using a regular frying pan under a lid, at a very low temperature.
