Super simple and delicious banana bread recipe.

Banana Bread

Ingredients (mould diameter 18 cm)
 2 Eggs
 360 g Ripe bananas
 170 g Whole oat flakes
 2 tsp. Cinnamon
 1 tsp. Baking powder

Whisk all ingredients (except 1 banana).

Pour the mixture into a baking tin. Top with sliced banana and bake at ~180 °C for ~35 minutes.
