Banana dumplings

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 120 g Banana
 70 g Dates
 70 g Natural yogurt
 50 g Whole wheat flour
 30 g Oat bran
 1 tsp. Gingerbread seasoning (may not be present)
 ½ tsp. Soda
Directions

Dates aplej with water and leave for 30 minutes.

Blend the egg with banana, yogurt, soda.

Add the dates (without water) and seal again.

Add flour.

The mass is divided into molds. I got 4 big dumplings.

Bake for ~ 25 minutes at 175-180 degrees.
