White bean muffins with Tofu cheese (dairy-free)

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 100 g Egg white
 240 g Canned white beans
 60 g Cheese Tofu smoked (or 50 g 10% cheese or other equal cheese)
 30 g Sun-dried tomatoes
 10 g Dill
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, pepper, dried garlic, herbs

Whisk the egg, egg whites and beans into a smooth paste.

Add grated cheese, chopped tomatoes, dill, salt, spices and baking powder.

Pour the mixture into silicone moulds (I had 6) and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~25 minutes.
