Avokado, tomātu smēriņš ar olu olu kulteni

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 120 g Ripe avocado
 100 g Tomato
 1 tbsp Water
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Herb salt, lemon pepper

Beat the eggs with a spoonful of water and quickly fry the scrambled eggs. Cool. The eggs can also be boiled and grated.

Cut the tomato finely,

Mash the avocado with the lemon juice, add salt if necessary and mix with the scrambled eggs(or grated eggs).

Put it on bread, galettes or tortillas and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
