Avocado-tomato-cottage cheese salad

Ingredients
 120 g Ripe avocado
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Natural yogurt
 150 g Tomato
 30 g Leeks or onions
 25 g Dill
 Lemon juice, salt, lemon pepper
Directions

Cut into cubes avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Add sliced tomatoes, chopped greens.

Mix everything with cottage cheese and yogurt.

Serve on buns, cassettes, or as I do: perform Grain-strength corn cakes. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
