Ingredients

 1 Medium avocado
 1 tbsp Water
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Herb salt, lemon pepper

 Beat the egg with a spoonful of water and quickly fry the scrambled egg. Cool.

Mash the avocado with the lemon juice, add salt if necessary, and mix with the cooled omelet.
