 2 Boiled eggs
 120 g Ripe avocado
 100 g Tomato
 15 g Scallions
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Herb salt, lemon pepper

Grate the egg, crush the avocado, finely chop the tomato and the scallions.

Mix all the ingredients, put them on buns and galettes or roll them into a tortilla and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
