When you want something special for the weekend.

Mix the egg with the curd, add the sweetener and flour and mix to a dough.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Form round buns by hand directly on the baking tray, forming the edges.
Place raspberries in the middle, pour over the egg whisked with cottage cheese, kefir, sweetener, vanilla and starch.

Place in the oven and bake at 180 °C for ~25 minutes.
