Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 145 g Whole oat flakes
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, dried garlic, herbs and spices of your choice

Combine all the ingredients and divide the mass into 4 equal parts.

With wet hands, shape round buns and place in a preheated oven at 170 °C and bake for ~30-35 min.
