Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 200 g Milk 2%
 150 g Whole oat flakes
 112 g Banana
 30 g Sugar-free peanut butter (or 55 g dried cranberries)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 A pinch of salt
 Vanilla
 Sweetener as needed
Directions

Beat the eggs with the milk, peanut butter, baking powder and vanilla. Leave to swell slightly.

Place the batter in a preheated waffle pan and bake until ready.
Or bake in a regular frying pan under a lid, at a very low temperature.
