A wonderful curd casserole - so delicious!

Put the egg, oats, kefir, sweetener, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix everything and let it swell slightly. Cut the peaches into thin strips.
Put 2 eggs in another bowl. Add the yoghurt, curd, vanilla, and sweetener and beat until smooth. Add the cornstarch. Add the peaches and mix.
Place the swollen rolled oats in the bottom of the tin, spread them out and carefully pour the filling mixture over the top. Even out.
Place in a preheated oven at 165-170 °C and bake for ~40 minutes.
