 250 g Culinary curd "Baltais" (or skimmed curd)
 120 g Water
 60 g Whole oat flakes
 5 g Oil (for greasing the pan)
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener
 Vanilla

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and blend with a blender.

Heat a frying pan and pour the batter onto it with a ladle. Bake over a medium heat until ready.
