Oatmeal pancake with apricots

Ingredients (pan diameter 26 cm)
 1 Egg
 250 g Protein drink “Baltais” with vanilla flavour
 100 g Whole oat flakes
 80 g Water
 10 g Chia seeds
 5 g Oil (for greasing the pan)
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener
 Vanilla

Blend the egg, protein drink, 80 g of oats, a pinch of salt, and sweetener (if used) into a smooth mixture.

Add the remaining 20 g of oat flakes and 10 g of chia seeds. Set aside for ~20 minutes to allow the oat flakes and chia seeds to swell slightly.

Heat the pan and pour half of the batter into it. Smooth it out, cover the pan with a lid, and cook one by one over low heat until done.
