Oatmeal Buns with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 200 g Cottage cheese 5%
 100 g Whole oat flakes
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Herb salt, dried garlic, spices of your choice

Place the egg, cottage cheese, and 70 g of rolled oats in a bowl. Blend with a blender.

Add salt, spices, baking powder, and stir in the remaining rolled oats. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Divide the batter among 3 baking tins, or pour it all into one tin and bake at 175 °C for about 35–40 minutes.
