 300 g Apples
 200 g Cottage cheese "Alma" Koodjust 0,1 % (or other equivalent)
 30 g Oatmeal granola (oatmeal fried in honey: 100 g oats + 50 g honey and use as needed).
 Cinnamon
 Sweetener

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a pan, add a little water, and cinnamon and sauté a little (to soften them). If the apples are sour, you can add a sweetener.

Place the apples on a plate, top with the cottage cheese and granola.
