A delicious breakfast every morning. Even when there's not much time and you're in a hurry!

Prepare the oatmeal (by boiling or pouring boiling water over the oatmeal and swelling, or by adding 120 g water and a little sweetener to 50 g oatmeal and putting it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes).
Place the berries (or grated apples, with cinnamon and sweetener) on top of the oatmeal and drizzle with honey (10 g).
Top with yoghurt.
