Strawberries and banana … and the result was an incredibly delicious sweet snack!

Prepare a "grillage" — fry oat flakes with honey in a frying pan. Cool it down.
Chop the banana with a blender and add it to the "grillage". Stir and let stand for a while so that the oatmeal becomes a little moist.
Make cookies with a metal ring (diameter ~4 cm) - put the oatmeal-banana mass in the ring and compact it well.
Place in the oven at 180 °C and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Make the cream - mix the culinary curd with Ricotta and sweetener (do not whip!).
Press the cream onto the baked cookies with a pastry bag, and put a strawberry on top.
