The first time I tried baking without flour. I must say that it is very tasty, and most importantly simple and fast.

Fruit berry muffins with cottage cheese without flour

Ingredients
 1 Large egg (60 g)
 200 g Berries, fruits (I have 1 large yellow plum and 1 large apricot)
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Natural yogurt
 60 g Corn starch
 Sweetener if necessary

Blend the egg with cottage cheese and yogurt.

Add cut fruits/berries, cornstarch, and sweetener put in molds, and bake at 180 degrees for ~25-30 minutes.
