My quick and delicious breakfast!

Peel the apples and pumpkin, cut them into pieces and steam until soft. Blend in a blender.
Add the egg, natural yogurt, sweetener, and blend again. Add the flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a cup and microwave for 4-5 minutes.
Or bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes at 170 °C (depending on your oven).
Prepare the chocolate sauce by melting the chocolate in the milk. Alternatively, you can use any berry sauce (cook berries with water and a sweetener).
