Mix all the dough ingredients and place the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
The apricots are pitted and finely chopped.
Add water with sweetener, starch, mix everything and heat - until the mass begins to thicken. Stir for 5 minutes and set aside.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and form a square (or round) tart on the tray (on a silicone mat or baking paper) by hand, forming accurate ~ 1cm high edges so that the filling does not flow out.
The mass is filled in a tartar and placed in the oven at ~ 175 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
