Apricot buns

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 35 g Corn flour (or any other)
 30 g Fresh apricots (3 pcs.)
 12 g Coconut oil (or butter)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener
Directions

Mix the dough and place it in the refrigerator for ~ 20 minutes.

Remove by forming round buns with wet hands, pressing the apricot in the middle.

Put in the oven for ~ 30 minutes and bake ready, golden brown.
