Apple pie with banana and dates without sweeteners

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 136 g Banana
 195 g Apple
 120 g Kefir
 50 g Dates
 80 g Whole grain flour
 10 g Coconut oil
 ½ tsp. Soda (or baking powder)
 Cinnamon
Directions

Dates aplej with hot water and leave for 15 minutes.

Blend the egg with a banana and kefir.

Add the dated dates and carefully cover them again.

Add soda, oil, flour, cinnamon.

Pour in the form of dough, arrange the fruit slices on top.

Put in the oven for ~ 30 minutes at 175 degrees and bake ready.
