Fantastically delicious apple pie. A great way to treat yourself and your loved ones on holidays.

Apple Cinnamon whole grain pie

Ingredients (baking mold diameter 16 cm)
 2 Eggs
 275 g Apples (2 apples)
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Buttermilk 1.5% (or kefir)
 50 g Whole wheat flour (others can also be used)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener of your choice
 Vanilla, cinnamon
Directions

Blend the eggs with cottage cheese and sweetener into a homogeneous mass.

Add buttermilk, flour, cinnamon, and baking powder, and blend everything again.

Peel the apples, cut them into thin slices (or cut them by hand), and mix them into the dough.

Pour the dough into a mold and put it in the oven at 180 °C and baked for ~45 minutes.
