Apple and pear pie

Ingredients (shape diameter 20 cm)
 3 Eggs
 300 g Apple
 200 g Pear
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 60 g Flour (for me 30 g corn flour + 30 g whole wheat flour)
 50 g Kefir
 Sweetener of your choice
 Vanilla or cinnamon if desired

Peel the apples and pears and cut them into small cubes.

Beat the eggs with sweetener.

Add curd, kefir and whisk everything again.

Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the egg mixture. Whisk everything. When the dough becomes homogeneous, add apples and pears. Mix everything thoroughly so that the dough covers every piece of apple and pear.

Put the dough in a mold and put it in the oven, preheated to 175 ° C, and bake for ~ 35 minutes.
