I really like persimmon. It can be eaten not only fresh - it can also be used to make great desserts. In addition, quite simple, infinitely delicious and, of course, dietary.

 300 g Ready to charm
 300 g Curd cream Alma
 150 g Currants (I was frozen)
 10 g Corn starch
 7 g Gelatin
 30 g Cold water
 Sweetener
 Pistachios for decoration

Gelatin aplej with cold water and swell.

Cook currants with sweetener and add cornstarch. Stir, heat, until they thicken. Cool.

Cover the persimmon with cottage cheese cream and sweetener.

Add the gelatin dissolved in the hot water bath, blend well and allow to cool and freeze slightly.

Cool again and place in a dessert dish once. Put currants on top, and on top again the persimmon-curd cream mixture. Decorate with pistachios and freeze in the refrigerator.
