Thank you very much for this challenge, showed very well how to eat properly and what to give up altogether. I was very surprised, when i found out, that several products may be used, which I used to remove from my life, if I follow a diet.
It was also a great surprise, that I had to take so much kcal a day, to be honest, I didn't eat everything in any day, what was needed, max 3/5 meals.
From the first week I already varied with products, figured out what tastes good, which is not, what will you want, what not. I haven't been following the menu I sent at all in the last week, but I created my own.
I haven't lost time in a whole month, hence the total result is -6.8kg🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
Today I decided to revise my wardrobe and see which dress to wear for New Year's Eve and get rid of things I don't use or don't use for a long time and the conclusion is quite sad - my wardrobe needs to be changed 80% because everything is big now you have to think about where to put it all
But I am very happy that I have got rid of extra kg,I enjoy food and life🤗 and I am very grateful to Inetiņi for just showing me at the right time🥰Thank you huge for the work you do ♥ ️
These four weeks ran very fast. Together in the meantime 5 kg, she didn't even believe herself. Thank you very much, Ineta, for cool recipes and putting them in the right direction. Thinking, as i ate before, although think healthy, I understand, why the weight held so stubbornly.

Yes! This time has really flown by the wings of the wind. Huge THANK YOU Ineta, for inspiration, recipes and generally this proper eating. I have dropped out during these weeks of the project 4.8 kg. Cool, but that's not enough for me, i know how to feel very good, but until then there is still room to go. I was interesting to cook , which is becoming more and more popular, as an example of gingerbread, which I make from dough(for the first time)(Inetas recipes) .I knew a long time ago, that I need to eat differently, now i started studying this school!!!! Fantastic! I continue, until I get rid of more 7 kg. I understand, that now it will go slower, but well!!! Thank you very much again

Hello everyone! Of course I also wanted a better result, but I was very aware, that this is a holiday month and I will not be able to resist all temptations. This is not a fast diet, where you can drop quickly and get back just as quickly. I have already gone through all this several times. That is why I am happy, that I was in this project, got it, that you can lose weight without starvation, eating delicious food. I will definitely continue! I found this program by accident, looking for a net cake recipe, and an ad popped up, that you can apply for the December group. I read the info and it addressed me ☺️ I have tried many diets… and in this way, by rocking my weight, I have gained a large number of people.. I understand, that I do not want to gnaw only lettuce and greens for the rest of my life, I want to learn to cook delicious and healthy, and think, that this is the right place for it. I like, that the menu is not prepared for all one, but the nuances are taken into account, what each of us has said about ourselves.
It hasn't been easy for me these weeks, they were challenging, there were days, when I felt hungry, there were days, when i eat with ” spirits” teeth. It was hard for me to spend so much time cooking, although it is being prepared for several days to come, was a feeling, that I just do it as I cook in my free time, ja ne sev, then to the other family members. One thing, which I really did not like, that the packaging of a product has to be used up a little and then the residue looked sadly out of the fridge until it died, proper management is required here, so that it does not happen. Then another week in Spain and a holiday. I knew, that it will be difficult to start this challenge in December, but I didn't want to postpone it to the new year and I'm happy, that I did not, at least 1 kg, but still off and on now.😃 Overall, I'm just benefiting from this project, and recipes, which were quite simple and delicious, then these meals should be arranged in my order. Thanks Ineta, I definitely will not give up, but I continue with what I have started, to a meeting in the spring.

Then I started to vary a bit. There are no products left over, because the household eats everything 🤭. Gingerbread was also eaten at Christmas, končas, etc.. But the Christmas result will appear to me in two weeks.. The main changes, what have i done, I have started to move more, as well as I have refused (or greatly reduced) on your menu “ordinary” cheeses and nuts. This week I eat again according to the recipes of the first week. 👍 Happy New Year! And succeed!
In general, I understand, that I could get a much much better result, but the challenge of December was not for me. But the participation was very motivating, I will definitely continue st Eating cooking was also my biggest stumbling block, especially for breakfast, when to have 3 children, but tried to leave a quick recipe on hand. Not, for instance, the same tortilla with fresh cheese and vegetables. I've run away from Christmas roasts and walked a lot. I learned an interesting recipe program but I didn't manage to meet it all week because I traveled a lot.

I have returned from the countryside. Yes, last week, of course, could not stick to the menu. Not just because, that much holiday, but because, that the same pre-Christmas race and I didn't even notice for a few days, that just eaten breakfast and already dark outside the window and eat dinner. :).. Ehhh and the stress was over the other weeks. Bet, to my delight, even these days(not in the morning) the weight shows exactly the same result as last week 62.9 kg. So all this 4 weeks – 2 kg, which on my low weight is super!! And because I'm not so worried about being overweight, but exactly where it accumulated(everything on the belly and just like a pregnant woman)… Then right now I feel it very well, that the pants can be closed freely and I could even buy a dress for myself.. (because otherwise at the top 36, at the bottom almost 42 the size of the abdomen should be sought).. And this Christmas – in the countryside with relatives…no one asked or the family was expected to grow:=)… Thank you, Ineta, that you taught me to understand in such an easy and understandable way, that eating can be delicious and healthy and can sometimes crunch, but the basic day must be balanced. That, which I still lacked in this challenge,it is a regular sport(walking with a dog without counting), but there is a list of New Year's resolutions, then i believe, that the perfect shape will succeed………
I couldn't receive a report, because I get angry at myself, that the benefits of Christmas and all sorts of circumstances overwhelmed me. But the good news, in total – 1 kg is, however. The regime was the first 2 weeks, then the holiday… That was not the end of it – adhere strictly to the prepared menu. Because I thought so too, that you have to get so caught up in preparing and planning and buying the right products, because in parallel with the daughter, who do not eat a lot of products, have to prepare something else. Then the food was taken from the next day's meal, from daughter's food, calorie counting approx, nutrient balance also, then also the time of ZSV delicacies. I've tried both the Stockholm diet, gan MonacoFit, but these diet plans did not address me for sure (to eat “file” cottage cheese for breakfast and boiled chicken fillet for lunch is not for me). I was very surprised to receive a plan for a week from Ineta. There is nothing crazy and drastic. I am not a very good cook, so some recipes don't really match yet. But a lot of things come together very tasty. Date cupcakes are something terribly good. My goal is not to lose as much kg as possible, but to change eating habits.
To go through various diets and self-torture during these years, I enjoyed this challenge with the delicious recipes and the feeling of satiety. You didn't have to eat only skimmed cheese, maize, buckwheat and chicken or must be bought exotic, expensive products. I am slowly learning to operate and understand, how much nutritional value products, how to handle your diet after the evening, when everything was a lot. Because thank you and plan to continue 😊

I will share my experience. My eternal stumbling block has been eating emotionally and stressfully. It 's been tormenting me for years. I can lose weight, I can play sports, but my unstable emotional nature has often ruined what I have achieved. I have taken part in many challenges, also at Everita (she deals with emotional humiliation, vnk mad mad queen, quickly said goodbye to her 🤭), I have been looking for all kinds of miracles, to lose weight and maintain what has been achieved, but there is always a failure, because the emotional side works in its negative direction. May I succeed, I have understood, ka man vajag 3 whales, on which my score and well-being are based: Ineta's balanced menu + physical activity + emotional well-being. I found the first two at Ineta. But I'm looking for a third and it's conscious eating, which I have been studying for some time, which does not necessarily mean eating intuitively, there's a lot of work to be done at the bottom, practices, meditation. I am currently taking a course with this Zane, because I was totally upset with my emotional side. To have a result, must be done, as with eating, drinking water, sports – must be done, if not, then it can be placed on a shelf as a book for dusting or exercising, which we use as a hanger. I am not emotionally strong, so finally looking for a way to help myself. This time with the help of Zane, later with something else, but i want to improve, arrange it, which bothers me 😊
I currently have a weight detox 😂 I haven't weighed in a while, I eat according to plan, I play sports and my yardstick is currently a mirror, clothes and well-being. And this morning I received a compliment from my husband, that I am so thin 😅 Myself, of course, it doesn't seem to, but I accept and rejoice 😜
I'm here for the 2nd time. Meet after 2 for years. I am not looking for any additional challenges, because here are some great tips, without examining un , if all this is followed, everything works. Lately the weight came and realized, that I want to restore knowledge again. There was a very active group last time- everyone shared pictures of the food , with sports activities and it is very motivating! This group is for that too- inspire, to find out, what is new and to be together in one direction ! 🤗
I will admit it, that I am an unsportsmanlike person , movements are, but would not say, that active athlete, but with all the dietary recommendations- weight is falling and this type is easier to incorporate into a lifestyle. Not just for a month. I met before, really long. 😊
I am very happy,that I applied for this project. The primary goal was to get rid of excess kg ,but I gained a lot of new knowledge,how to plan a daily menu and most importantly changed my thinking about eating! Thank you! I hope,that this project was just the beginning, the sequel is already up to me!
I have tried several weight loss challenges. No one has really done that, because everything has been quite complicated. In the first week of this event, I realized, that the dishes are terribly easy to prepare, no need to prepare four new dishes every day and everything is very tasty. My husband is also involved, for dinner I cook everything double. And her husband's weight is falling faster than her 😂
I can't write long and beautiful, so in a nutshell: there used to be football and a gym, Physical job 6 days a week by 11-13 hours, and there was no problem with being overweight….but then, after the accident I had a problem with my back and all the activities ended there 🤦♂️ in a couple of years I got around 30kg 🤦♂️🤦♂️ I tried for a long time to persuade myself to do what, bet …….🤷♂️ until, when I saw the result of my friend Arthur… finally i got it, and I will do my best to return to the ranks 😈

I like your attitude, ability to cheer and explain! 👏It was not always strict to stick to the menu, sometimes had to improvise, but taking into account Ineta's recommendations; of those dishes, which I prepare, something is already on the family menu 🙂, everything is quite quick and easy to prepare, although at first glance some dishes seemed complicated. Weight, although not so fast, but falling, volumes have decreased, the feeling of lightness is! Not all dishes are yet tasty, so it must be continued! 😄
Before 2 years managed to get rid of 25kg, but then came Covids. The whole mode broke down, because there was no swimming pool. Now the main problems with eating in the evening. This problem is being addressed very well at the moment. Cool new recipes. Everything will work out!
I learned about this project from one client: “To you, like a cake baker, it could even be very interesting! And you can also take part in the challenge.”. I opened the website, I read recipes, but most “addressed” exactly what Ineta said, that all kinds of powders will not work any miracles and not something terrible to drink, to Perform a Body Detox and Order Weight, feeling.
So I'm participating for the first time and I'm very happy, and recipes, which tastes great, is less. Sometimes it is even so, that portions of the last spoon can no longer be eaten, but at the same time it is not “congestion” feeling, eat well and feel light 👌.
I'm happy right now, that I found @Ineta Rijniece and I can drop healthy and stay fit on my own 50+. There were also colleagues and acquaintances , who said ,you have nothing to drop, but they bothered me 15 -16 kg - realistic. I feel fantastic right now. And I enjoyed some of my colleagues ,who also pulled me over and began to think about what to eat ,and also winter bathing started. This is one fantastic group. You are all already motivated here , so the goal is and it is already wonderful. 😁
Before that I used the Stockholm diet for hunger but the weight came off well but it was a festive anniversary and I stopped it several times.. This diet has easier recipes and is faster to prepare and more convenient.

I am also excited about my result. When I started, nazliet before I joined Ineta and what, i had 89.9 it was at the end of august, is currently 81,4, so minus already 8,5 kg. Feeling good and looking is worth it

With the whole pandemic, I started looking online for opportunities to exercise remotely, I stick to one pretty regularly, but then the inspiration disappeared, and cannot afford to give discounts.
And then came this…and I do not regret for a minute, that i am here! The recipes are just great, easy and quick to make, very tasty and Ineta menu has prepared for everyone 💯, because there is just enough food, so that the hand does not reach for snacks.👌

this year I had turned to keto, but tired of eating fat, now losing weight from the first day of the challenge, I like light and very tasty recipes.😊 Unfortunately, do not exercise at home (except walking after children, squatting and squatting for belongings), but I also try to go for long strolls.
I ate everything in a row before the marathon, especially sweets 😳, At the start of the first three days of the marathon, my head a little sore, feel, that because of sugar. But it was some 3 days. I had a couscous-Turkish pea-avocado-vegetable salad on my menu. My first reaction to reading – hmm, does not definitely sound delicious 😑, but well, that I am human, which first tries before giving up. NEVER have chosen “from a free mind”, but it was so delicious, that I couldn't wait for lunch on the second day, when was the same 👌 In general, this week is a half-vegetarian week. Interesting for me as a carnivore. In a positive sense 👍
2 weeks in general only -1,5, but the tire on the belly has shrunk thoroughly and the pants on the legs have become looser, belt buckle for 1 hole narrower. I never imagined, that with so little weight loss can have such a big effect.
Sometimes the amount prepared is so huge, that can't be understood, whether or not I am really confused by the volume and whether the portion should not have been divided into smaller portions. Check the table written several times 😁 I can't eat a large part of the food. Today was a vegetable stew with chicken and couscous, written to be shared on 2, but for me the place was only 1/3
Sentence, how to, Ineta is terribly good, that you can enter the quantity of portions and the quantity of products is automatically calculated.
I really needed these weeks…they were like a stepping stone to something beautiful and lasting

Salmon soup with basmati rice is 💣. I will admit it – I didn't cook for a week, already 1) it seemed to me, that I don't like 2) I was afraid 2 days. Well, now we have a new sweet soup in the family. And by the way, if the rules are followed on the broad trains, then even 2 days of balloting do not affect the result 👌
And even one night with a girlfriend, cognac and ordinary pizza have not ruined anything at all 👌
After the holidays and delicacies I realized, how well did i feel, following Ineta's menu, so the jump jumps back to the rhythm and feelings of the previous week😊

Against the background of other lame results, a few kg seems to be just that, but in my case they are worth their weight in gold. Since I have already got rid of approx 25 kg and I have been struggling with it lately, that weight “gets stuck” and even a slight increase seemingly out of nowhere, then it must be said, that I am more than satisfied. 👌 And if still all this complete with such delicious recipes and LOTS of food. Don't lie, if I may say so, that I had not noticed such large portions on my menu for a couple of years. I would love to continue, i like and, of course, that hope to find that golden key, which will help get out of the big jam. 💪
Thank you, Ineta, par to, what are you doing! Almost everything was satisfied. Recipes are easy to prepare, delicious. I will admit it, that I didn't stick to the plan all the time. Maybe it would be worth introducing a report with a collage at the end of the day, to see, which is eaten. Of course, that to your integrity, but you can't know otherwise at all, the extent to which the plan is being followed. I understand, that each has its own, but it's already interesting.☺️ Such a report would also be more motivated, in my opinion. Would love to continue, but for now, after all the holidays and winter tires, the wind whistles in the account. And eat it, who is still at home. 🙄 But nothing. Man,which has been used to other flavors since the child's feet,this was a real challenge….Not everything tasted good, but I want to keep experimenting with my taste buds. After all, changing your lifestyle and thinking is not so easy!
I often missed dinner,which I replace with something else-healthy-fruit,yogurt or a galette with cheese,I already do sports,then I take an hour before and after without eating… There were also violations (little ones),but the overall figure was not affected.
Well yes and 0 kg for a walking marathon surprised me unprepared and slightly undermined my commitment, but the support of Ineta and others was put in place!

Thanks too from me. This menu is really interesting. Lots of new, not everything may have come together, I didn't do everything, but liked. Last week was all the more difficult because of the work, although a lot of couscous, which is good, but not so much. I still don't know how to quantify calories myself and possibly, when I replace it with other dishes, it was outside the permissible. Patuka, that everything is quick to prepare. Because I'm preparing myself alone, then trying to stick to the menu, pec briza sapratu, that some of the products purchased are semi-used, and think for yourself , how to use the balance. Good morning, many thanks to Ineta for doing so – on changing eating habits to the right. This month I saw their method of eating, which would give me the best fit. They are very good, its small meals, which removes the feeling of hunger and, consequently, large meals become unnecessary to eat. Of course not 100% stick to the recipes offered, but in essence their essence was preserved. During this time, I have completely given up potatoes and pork and I will say that I do not feel the lack of them 😃. Unfortunately, I did not perform the exercises, and I have known for a long time that they do not give up / forget me, etc. 🙃. However, I tried to run every other day for 25-30 minutes. During this period I noticed that savars, from day to day, quite so ”satiga”. This morning my weight was 98.9kg (with yesterday -0.5) and in total during the month gained about -3.5kg.

I have slowly fallen 12 kg and I do not plan to leave the group yet. My number of years is not small, but if a person wants to achieve what is real, not just wading about it, flour to the expert, as Lita just said, then the results will be. Even without hitting the gym, but living according to their age and regime.
It, that age and metabolism go hand in hand with each other, but it does not mean the determination and impossibility to change anything.

The menu is simple “bomb”…so very delicious and 3 h 4 day meals were prepared. Today I added a salad mix bought in the store to the chicken cutlets + lemon juice pair. Before the challenge, both eating and weight had increased, so i look more at the average weight loss by the weeks. In these 4 weeks of breakdown was,but they were not so “fatal” and I was able to get going. Nevertheless, that edunsporto.lv is freely available to everyone, I had never received anything to cook, already “to the eye” always seemed, that so few grams, nothing to start with 😂 If in the past my usual breakfast combination was wholemeal bread / cereal bread with fresh cheese and chamomile or fatty chicken roll on top, then now – waves, cottage cheese, lean cheese in all its variations. I am pleasantly surprised, that can be eaten so differently with simple products. Another personal news – protein powder with flavor and Flavor Drops drops. So far, I have only chosen classics when cooking myself (and sweet, then sugar, no flavorings, etc.), and still think, that it is also the best. But at the same time I realized, and in them “delicious”, what we usually buy in stores is inside the same and more. Then I better make it at home with a few drops of Flavor Drops, and I'm safe, that everything else is good and healthy. For instance, FD ShortBread smells just like Selga cookies.

Recipes are easy and quick to prepare. My favorite is the tortilla with peanut butter and banana, but oatmeal pancake with salmon is a culinary masterpiece 👑.
All this time, I only thought of chocolate cone once.
It was hardest to have dinner because it was my biggest meal of the whole evening and still going to bed my stomach was bursting after an extra serving.

Fruits – in winter for two a week I order about 30kg, and delicious cheeses. Homemade cheese with honey was a regular snack. Now we sometimes ‘tear away’ with fruit. But I just wouldn't order them. What did I get? Lots of new recipes, which are delicious. We reduced the portions of meat we ate. I have been giving up potatoes for a couple of years now, now also from sweet and parsnips. For some time now I have been trying to "drop the excess" on my own., but went as it were through the mountains. There were both ups, both falls, but most often how much was dropped, so it came. My little goal is to break under 80kg. The starting weight on March 28 was 88.8kg. Currently 81.3kg and I feel very satisfied 🙂 I will soon reach my small goal ☺️ I tasted all Ineta's recipes,husband and son favorite was tortilla cheesecake and zucchini vegetarian pizza. ☺️In my opinion,losing an average of 500g a week is quite enough and normal for me,I don't feel hungry,not stressed.

the biggest benefit for me is the very extensive information , divine calorie counter – I really actively use it because I change the menu literally every day, depending on the active taste buds 🙂 My biggest surprise // confusion is the breakdown of personal myths – gan par to , that I still drink a lot of water ( false) , but I will not eat or eat sweets ( false ), but I eat very healthy ( false) . The biggest challenge for me – is frequent eating -> I'm still not used to it and mostly eat only 2 times a day , this is the biggest challenge I have to work on.
I really enjoyed the membership, especially because, that I have read many recipes, which I will also use on a daily basis.
I knew the principle, because I participated in this “at the event” 2-3 years ago I wanted to drop a few kg in the company again, who grew up due to a sedentary lifestyle, because work from home and problems with the knee (as a result, I have not run for more than a year).

I really enjoyed this week with you! The menu is very good,with a good sweetness / salinity balance. Overall I lost 4.6kg Recipes all my very satisfying Hunger was not at all, rather too .Last week I started with it, that I eat more carrot muffins and apples. I could eat a lot of apples. Really huge thanks to Ineta for her work, for advice .I will continue to stick to the schedule, because another 2kg I want off and then, hold it.
I applied for a project to understand calorie counting, nutrition and learn to organize your meals, all lost is just a bonus. However, the result this month is not significant, because there was no discipline in the middle.
Benefits / discoveries:
* I discovered the world of boxes or learned to cook for several days to come, to go to work with boxes, so that it is possible to eat healthy meals.
* all the recipes for me were something new and +/- everything seemed very delicious. There are now many recipes from Ineta's blog, what i want to try.
* I agree, that healthy eating is expensive, but this depends on each family's food basket.

The main lesson after the project- taking care of yourself should be included in your daily routine in the same way as taking care of yourself 3 for children. Regular meals, compulsory second breakfast and afternoon, as well as smaller portions of it, which makes you feel better and not go to bed with the appearance of the ‘6th month of pregnancy’. So this month, between the two holidays – from Easter to May 4 is closed with -3.8kg. Covid time takes us to nature as the only form of entertainment, bag with food for the family, goodies for grandchildren and special dishes for me- wraps👍 or couscous salad with tuna👍, fetus, cupcake or protein drink…. Also work on several boxes of food up to and every time 2-3 hours have something to eat. Simple and delicious. Yesterday, starting the second lap, I changed this on my menu. My discovery is salmon soup with vegetables. I didn't change anything in the first month, I tried everything, now I understand, which tasted great and what can I change. Good morning! I am really happy with the result 😍 I started from the beginning of the year and 3 managed to lose 3kg during the month. I often miss – chips, burgers, pizzas and other perversions. In this group and 4 ned time is -4.4kg 😍 It's adorable, which can be achieved by eating. I already mentioned yesterday, that I have not played sports, rarely just a longer walk. I will definitely continue, I want at least another 3-4 kg nost. You have to get started and start playing sports. The first program of its kind, in which I endured to the end, instead of leaving the semicircle. Thank you! 😍

That's really nice, that you can consult someone and exchange experiences, recipes, "Where / what to find". I had seen the website, I skeptically looked at the recipes and for a while forgot about this. But when the scales showed 88 I realized that something had to be done, but did not understand what, and then I read Ineta's article about it - if you can't lose weight then you don't have a calorie deficit – it was harshly written. Good morning! 88.8 (-0,5). 11.01. boarding the scales, for the first time my weight broke 100 kg limit (100.9). Got it, everything, it should not continue. Originally the same, gathering information, I tried to compile a menu, increase physical activity, to drop excess kg. But I quickly realized, that I do not understand correctly (diverse) compile a balanced menu. My colleague advised me to watch edunsporto and didn't have to wait long, when I have already applied for this project. I can only say a huge thank you to Ineta for these 4 weeks. They taught me to look at food a little differently, got it, that even healthy eating can be good and most importantly delicious to eat. If my young man tasted everything, so everything is OK 😀Sometimes the amount of the meal indicated by Ineta was not edible. When writing a project application, I had 95.4, but on March 1 93.2. So from March 1 -4.4 kg. Girls, I wish you all not to stop at what has been achieved. One thing must be understood, this is just the beginning and the continuation must be exactly the same. Yes, moments of weakness will come, will want to pamper yourself, but in the long run, everything should be as it is 4 weeks. I have not yet reached my goal, but really with tremendous confidence in their aisle. Be confident, you will all reach your goal, good luck to you and your families. P.s., for inspiration a small picture of what I have achieved – 11.01.-30.03. I do not know – laugh or cry. I don't have any pants anymore, none! But I'm not going to get new ones. Total -2.3kg. It was cool 👍🏻 4 weeks passed so quickly.. very good support from the group and from @Ineta Rijniece! Thank you very much - it all made sense, that you are not alone. You are all together and you are all fighting together. Rejoice in small victories, which is the path and the big goals! ☀️ It was important for me to organize my menu, in the short term drop a lot, not a good option. To gain their weight, whatever i want, it has to take a long time.. this is just the beginning.. In total, 5.5kg was lost. Admittedly, that there have been ups and downs during these weeks, but overall I am satisfied, for I have not tormented myself, neither have I forbidden much, if i knew, that there will be a feast, then I tightened my belt a bit beforehand and allowed an extra piece of meat and salmon bread for the holidays. I also knew, that I will not be able to give up coffee with milk on a daily basis (drink latte), so I took rapid weight loss with thought, that will come more calories from 2 for standard lats, what i drink a day, that young children are preparing to eat, as tasty as it tastes. That girl will often ask, so that I taste the new products at the beginning myself, so that she sees and only then will she eat. Therefore, something gathered in a small mouthful. But I am very satisfied. Thank you, about being able to understand in more nuance how one should look at nutrition. 🙂
generally lost 4,2 kg (this week the drop is only 100g though, but I was already counting, that at some point it starts to happen more slowly, additional activities are needed). I am happy about what I have done. I really like Ineta's recipes and I will continue to work and eat according to this principle, because that's how i feel best. I should NOT run those things on my own, because then everything takes its course. I look forward to that moment, when the hall opens, because at home I do, but that's not it, what I like. 💪👏☀️

total dropped 7.8kg This is the last day of the month for this March marathon, but the beginning of a bigger challenge. I started this morning with a shark massage for the skin, now i know what it means to pull the skin over the eyes 😂 A small restart to tone the skin and go start a new month. Oki,doc! Ineta You do a great job, how many stupid things do people do because of thinness, but how good you are,which helps a person regain self-confidence, your body, You give new breath to my body and my family the opportunity to eat properly.
The scales showed me yesterday 90.2 (-0.6) and overall rounded are lost almost 4 kg. If accurate, then 3.8 kg.
And I'm close to weight, starting with 8.!!! It will be so fantastic!
In the meantime, I like it best, that I have started distributing meals, so that the whole day may not be eaten! And coffee / tea without sugar, more water, no white bread and more walks - do wonders! I sin with the menu, because I do not like to cook in principle and the rest of the family wanted to eat, as before, therefore, I will not pull such a double load.

When I started this marathon, for almost a year I had lost my strength from 8,5 kg (no 72 kg to 63,50 kg). However, it was the menu compiled by Ineta and the fantastic recipes on the blog that gave the missing knowledge about healthy eating., healthy sugar substitutes, delicious recipes for life. Tievēju is, and at the same time the whole family enjoyed delicious food! Ineta quickly won my trust in her nutrition, because everything on the menu was balanced, calculated, delicious and main – edible for life. I follow the program in full, with two exceptions: in mornings, present at the permitted number of kcal, i drank one latte (without ar 0.5% milk) and on saturday nights i sometimes sin with a glass of red wine and macaroni 🙊. (That's why I took a rapid weight loss program, so that it somewhat balances these two of my weaknesses 😅)
Overall, this was a very good experience with many benefits: excluding dropped pounds and better facial skin, I am accustomed to cooking myself (which so far I have not particularly liked to do), me and my family now eat more varied food. I have no feeling, that I limit myself, but the weight gradually goes down. Of course I will continue until I reach approx. 57kg and then further with the number of weight-maintaining calories. I would also like to join a core group 😊

I already knew from the autumn; that I want to eat even healthier and more properly, got it, no matter how hard you try, one hard to deal with and calorie counter and calculator I am not… as if so -5kg, but nothing fails. Well, here it is, in the first days of January, "Accidentally" (as we know, nothing is accidental) I went to the Eat and Sports Challenge for February, I knew right away, that this is it, what i want and MAIN, EVERYTHING HEALTHY AND RIGHT FOR YOU, according to your lifestyle. The menu is great, varied and very delicious. As a sweetheart, snacks were also important to me and they were!! With pleasure (who would have thought that) weight, number of calories. Adherence to the menu is not a problem, because there really is a feeling of satiety, nothing is denied. And in general, the month of February was like a sunshine in my life, and Ineta's response, both girls chalas😊. I reached my starting goal and, of course, hook on the lip to continue! Because it is a way of life, who i like and want to learn it!! THANK YOU
I started thinking again a month ago, that something should be done for the benefit of being overweight, so as not to think of reservations for children, why not go to the water park, because at the moment I don't feel very comfortable in a swimsuit🙈 Reviewing already tested diets, thank god i went to edunporto. A month has passed unnoticed and as I wrote at the beginning- i like everything- delicious and varied menu, support, inspirational stories..☺️ Of course, the result achieved -5,5 kg inspires to continue. I really enjoyed this month. From the beginning I was alarmed by the large portions (like many of us here), but get used to it. I previously participated in a slimming project, in which the rules provided for the exclusion of several product groups. But let's be real, it is almost impossible to achieve in the long run. Ineta's diet plan proved, that not everyone needs it and can say goodbye to being overweight with a varied diet.
The recipes are delicious and easy to prepare! I hadn't imagined, that lavash and tortillas could be eaten so differently. As a plus I definitely saw it, that the prepared meal is often intended to be eaten 3 days - perfect! This is not the case in many slimming projects - every day, which is unique and often, products are also quite exotic.
My biggest benefit is definitely the return of breakfast to the rhythm of my day, meal planning, to have more protein and fiber and delicious recipes. Thank you, Ineta!❤️
I like everything very much, I really like it, feel good, feel satisfied, unlike all other n-th diets, when they beat nervousness, dissatisfied, put on, because he wanted to eat all the time . I wonder in itself, but for a moment I had no desire to eat anything outside the menu, because everything is enough- I also got my sweetness court and have peace of mind. I did not experiment with the menu, because I don’t feel so confident about myself, that I will teach you to put all the calories correctly on the shelves, but I like, that there is a possibility to vary- replace tuna with cheese or boil soup from lunch ingredients. These were two things I did, frikadeļu zupiņa- very garda☺️ I am a soup man, therefore, after last week's songs of fame, solanka is very much looking forward to it on my menu😋 I had also prepared tortillas before, but only with cheese, I had never imagined that we could add cottage cheese and bananas😍 Today's buttermilk smoothie with bananas and wild blueberries- colossal😍 Ineta, THANK YOU for the great recipes, for support, sincerity and love for us thinners, it helps me a lot☺️ Our positive group is also inspiring, but a teacher, such students
I really like this diet. I slowly began to recognize my unhealthy triggers. Always since 12 I have done everything extreme - I have not eaten extremely and I have eaten extremely, have always considered themselves too fat regardless of whether or not 58 or 118 kilograms. With my extreme lifestyle I had already prepared - well - I would - eat leaves and meat only and in small quantities, sweets and tasty dishes will be no. But with these recipes and healthy snacks, it seems this is a discovery, which could last in the long run, because there is no feeling that I am close and I refuse myself, so even yesterday I watched as distribute the holiday cake without any strong emotions. Thanks to Ineta for the opportunity to participate in such a project. 4 weeks lost 3,9 kg. The clothes have become looser and the abdomen is a little flatter, improved well-being. I have learned how to cook new foods from healthy products. Previously, when I tried to reduce the portion size myself, I "miss" regularly. Now I understand, that can feel well eaten, even eaten a healthy snack and yet the pounds slowly melt. Glad about it!
My conclusions at the beginning of March are as follows, ka: 1) I have learned to combine dishes and cook on a chiu and snuff side and believe it on 100% I don't have it yet, but I understand, that there is already a rhythm and ritual with Ineta 's menu, which I can just “run” on the eye 2)I have weaned myself from things, which causes sin and the stomach is pleasantly shrunken 👌3) it seems, that it is not at all difficult to follow the rules, for the enlightenment has come, that all salt is protein and its amount. I understand, that I used to squeeze vegetables, which is OK, but that is not my element. And in terms of nutrition, they plug the gentlemen, but do not give satiety in the long run, so I always ended up breaking away with OH. it was a mistake, its vegetable glorificesana my previous slimming sessions. Cheese and eggs are very popular products for me, so also everything goes out of hand and there is no hunger to peec these 2 months. Thanks to Ineta for these insights and I feel the ease of the great results every step of the way.
Thank you ,To Ineta and the nice slimming company for recipes, ideas and support in this not-so-easy way! ❤️For years I struggle with slimming, drop weight, then I break down again and kg… finally understand, what and how to do it right, and I have also tempted my own with delicious dishes from the weekly menus and Ineta's blog. 😊I discovered a lot of new products, I started thinking about calories, I sorted my daily diet and lost this month 3,5 kg motivates to do more and makes the wings already germinate, which lifts in flight😉
My biggest discovery, that you can lose weight instead of suffering, who will end its torment, but enjoying the food, without feeling hungry and working so hard with their mental demons. This method is not just about short-term results, but it is a way to learn how to maintain future results. This month has opened such a harsh enlightenment about its past mistakes. For too drastic diets, which I withheld, where, after their end, rash followed again. And because-so continued to damage the metabolism, health and kg dune. Anyway - if I can drop a kg with my slowed thyroid, prediabetes and well already 30 approaching 40, then this method works and very well.
I have definitely learned to make this healthier, the same ordinary bean soup, not just fat. ☺️
And the feeling has definitely improved, with such eating it seems, that many packets of sugar have fallen from me. And FINALLY I got to the kitchen scales within this project, which I have long wanted to buy, but was not a priority, I remembered only then, when I wanted to cook something delicious. 😁
And in addition, you can lose weight by eating delicious and very good ! 😇
