If you have lived with 30% of fat for 30 years, but then quickly dropped excess kg and reduced the amount of fat to 20%, then it is understandable that this is an unusual condition for your body. As soon as you give up your healthy eating habits or regular workouts, your body will quickly return to its basic basics. It&#039;s just like a car with no steering wheel adjustment.
