Also add the squeezed garlic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Eggplant cut in half and cut into slices for half a month. Pour into salted water and keep for a while to remove bitterness. Drain, dry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Spray the pan with oil and fry the eggplant in a second pan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>When the eggplant is slightly browned, add the broccoli cut into rosettes and continue to steam - add salt, pepper, spices of your choice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cut peppers and cucumbers into long strips. Tomatoes sliced and set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>When the chicken fillet and eggplant are ready, grind them in one pan. Add tomatoes, pickled onions and fresh cucumbers and peppers.
