From experience: before that, however, I definitely recommend lubricating the baking paper with oil (so that it can be removed later). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put in the oven at ~ 150 degrees and bake for ~ 20-25 minutes (depending on the stove) so that the meringue becomes very brown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Remove and, after cooling, place the second baking paper (which is also better smeared with oil) on top and turn it upside down.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Carefully remove the paper. The meringue cools.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-image\" data-step=\"Step 11\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Spread the cooled cream on the meringue, arrange the strawberries on top, carefully roll.
