Mix everything, set aside.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Whisk the egg whites in the foam. Add erythritol and whisk into a stiff foam.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Whisk the egg yolk-flour mass with the same mixer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Gradually stir in the egg whites over the egg yolks. Stir and set aside. They come together: it&#039;s nothing, it will be right. Boil. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 22\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pectin is mixed with sweetener (mandatory - so that no lumps of pectin are formed).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 23\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Gradually add the pectin mixed with the sweetener to the water, stirring constantly. Cook the syrup.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 24\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>At the same time, whisk the already whipped egg whites, add hot syrup to the jet. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 25\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Whisk and add the dried milk. Spread 3\/4 of the &quot;caramel&quot; cream. Put in the refrigerator to freeze. Leave the remaining &quot;white&quot; and &quot;caramel&quot; cream in the morning.
