(I warmed the kefir a little before).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Weigh the seeds and stir in the oatmeal. Add kefir to the flour with soda, salt, spices.
