The recipe is here: https:\/\/dietsabc.com\/en\/recipes\/sala-karamele-ar-pienu-un-miltiem\/<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Bake sponge cakes<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the eggs, honey, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan, stir, and place over low heat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Stir constantly, and just before the mixture starts to boil (do not let it boil!), add the baking soda. The mixture will expand significantly. Stir over the heat for about 30 more seconds, then remove immediately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pour cold water into a large bowl and place the pot containing the mixture inside it. Stir until the reaction stops. Leave it in the water until the mixture has cooled completely.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Once the honey mixture has cooled, pour it into the flour and knead the dough. Do not add any more flour, so that the dough does not become too firm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Wrap the kneaded dough in clingfilm and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Roll out the dough, cut out circles (I got 10 pieces), and bake in the oven at 180 \u00b0C for about 6\u20137 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Preparation of the cream<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mix the culinary curd with the condensed milk. Add sweetener if needed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Make small cakes<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Using a pastry bag, pipe small cream balls along the edge and in the centre of the sponge cake.
