Finally, stir in 10 g of cornstarch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the mass on baking paper or a silicone mat, which MUST be greased with oil beforehand (so that the sponge cake can be easily removed afterwards) and spread to a height of ~1cm.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place in the oven and bake for ~10-12 minutes (until the top is golden brown).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Remove from the oven. Place another piece of baking paper on top of the biscuit and turn it upside down. Carefully remove the paper (I use a long knife).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>While the sponge cake is baking, prepare the apples: peel, cut into small cubes and mix with sugar and cinnamon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the apples in a microwave oven for 5 minutes or saut\u00e9 them in a pan. Arrange the apples on top and roll up using baking paper.
