Prepare the pumpkin pur\u00e9e. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and microwave it for six minutes, or boil it. Add the cooled pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and flour. The dough will be quite thick.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Bake thin pancakes (I use a 26 cm diameter pan) on both sides at a very low temperature! Use a wide spatula to flip them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Prepare the filling: peel the apples, cut them into small pieces, and mix with sweetener and cinnamon. Saut\u00e9 until soft.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add sweetener and vanilla to the culinary curd and mix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Make the roll<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Arrange the pancakes overlapping each other so that part of the next pancake covers the previous one. Spread with cottage cheese, place apples on top, and carefully roll into a roll.
