Place the dough in the fridge and leave it for at least 30 minutes (I knead the dough the night before and bake it the next day, allowing the chia seeds to swell properly).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Divide the dough into 5 equal parts (~507 g each) and roll into round balls.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Form small patties with your hands, placing a piece of apricot in the middle. Seal tightly and roll in rice flour.
