Place on the stove and heat slowly until the sugar has melted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add butter and melt. Once it boils, add sugar. The mixture will become fluffy. Stir the mixture while heating until it turns a caramel colour. Remove from heat and allow to cool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>When the mixture has cooled to room temperature, add most of the sifted flour. Sprinkle the remaining flour on the table, place the dough on top, and knead it by kneading in the flour. The dough should be soft and elastic. Cool it slightly before continuing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the dough on baking paper or a silicone mat and roll it out to a thickness of ~2-3 mm. Place the number template on top and cut it out with a knife. Dust the paper lightly with flour before placing the number template on the dough to prevent it from sticking.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Remove the excess dough and add it to the remaining dough, which is likewise rolled out on baking paper and cut out a number.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Transfer the biscuits with the baking paper to a baking tray and bake one by one at 180 \u00b0C for about 8-10 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Preparation of kataifi dough<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>I prepared the dough according to\u00a0<a class=\"swipebox\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/shorts\/_SpGw7xvyRg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-video-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this recipe.\u00a0<\/a>Cool the dough and cut it into small pieces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mix the prepared kataifi dough with the pistachio paste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Preparation of raspberry-currant jam<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put the berries in a saucepan. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Add sweetener to taste.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Heat while stirring until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and allow to cool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Preparation of pistachio cream<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 11\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Mix the two cream cheeses, powdered sugar, and pistachio paste into a smooth mixture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 12\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Fill the cream into a pastry bag with a nozzle and place it in the fridge to stabilise.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Let's gather this delicacy<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 13\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the first biscuit on the base. I used fresh raspberries and sweets (a mixture of ground dried fruit and nuts with peanut butter.
