for ~20 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add curd cheese and soaked dates to the egg yolks and blend everything into a smooth mixture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add baking powder to the flour, and add it to the egg-curd-date mixture. Knead the dough until it is just slightly sticky.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the dough in a tart tin, forming up the sides. Spread 120 g of curd mixed with 1 egg, sweetener, vanilla and cornstarch over the dough.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Spread the berry mixture over the curd.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the tin in the oven and bake at 175-180 \u00b0C for ~25-30 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-image\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Remove the mould from the oven and cover the tart with 2 egg whites beaten with 30 g of erythritol. Use a spoon to create \u2018peaks\u2019 on top.
