Set aside to allow the mixture to firm slightly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the cheese mixture on the cling film and roll up the 'sausage'. Wrap tightly and chill for at least 1 hour in the fridge. I left it overnight.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Arrange the chopped cranberries, pistachios and figs on a flat plate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Roll the cooled 'cheese sausage' in the cranberry-pistachio-fig mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating on all sides.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Serve: with fresh fruit or vegetables.
