I turned it on a couple of times: with the idea of leaving some whole flakes without grinding into flour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Stir in 1\/2 teaspoon of soda in the kefir and leave to &quot;effect&quot;. (I warmed the kefir a little before).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Weigh the seeds and stir in the oatmeal. Add kefir to the flour with soda, salt, spices. Mix everything and place under a towel for 10 minutes to &quot;rest&quot;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>The dough is divided into 3 equal parts (9 ~ 96 g each) and placed on a tray with wet hands and formed into small &quot;round buns&quot;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put in the oven at 175-80 degrees and bake for ~ 30-40 minutes.
