Turn the heat down to low and fry on one side.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Turn over, top with tomatoes mixed with grated cheese and scallions. Cover the pan with a lid and bake for ~3-4 minutes.
