Repeat with the other egg and the remaining fish fillet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add garlic, grated rutabaga, carrots, salt and spices to the cutlet mass. Add oat bran (I also ground it in a coffee grinder).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Heat a frying pan and puff or grease it with a little oil. Form into round cutlets and place in the pan (can also be baked in the oven).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Turn the heat down to very low, put a lid on the pan and saut\u00e9 the cutlets on both sides.
