With your hands, \"crease\" the dough until it becomes a crumbly mass.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the egg and knead the dough. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the dough in the tart tin, smooth, prick with a fork and place in the fridge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Preparation of the cream<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, beat 2 eggs, add milk, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch (or flour) and heat, stirring when the first bubble hits, then cook, stirring, for 1 minute.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Remove and add the butter, cut into pieces. Stir until the butter melts. Set the cream aside to cool completely.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Preheat the oven to 190 \u00b0C. Take the tart mould out of the fridge, cover it with crumpled baking paper and place the beans, peas, rice or anything else that will hold the dough to the mould.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place the tart in the oven for 15 minutes. Then take out, remove the \"weights\", and place back in the oven for another ~5 minutes. Take out and leave to cool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Preparation of the chocolate layer<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pour the milk into a bowl, add the chopped chocolate and melt (I microwaved mine for 30 seconds). Leave to cool slightly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Preparation of the tart<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Spread the chocolate cream over the cooled tart base and place in the fridge for ~10 minutes to harden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction cooked-direction-has-image\" data-step=\"Step 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Remove and top with the cooled pastry cream.
