Add sweetener and cinnamon, mix and microwave on maximum power for ~5 minutes until the apples remain soft. (or steam\/saute them in a small pot).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Put 6 g of cornstarch in another dish and add 30 g of water. Mix everything and add to the apples. Microwave again for ~3 minutes. Remove and cool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Preparation of baskets<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pour the dates with water.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Grind the oat flakes more finely.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the soaked dates to the oat flakes (before that, drain the water from them, but not completely dry) and blend everything into a sticky mass.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Divide the dough into equal parts in muffin moulds and form baskets. You can slightly moisten your hands to facilitate the formation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Preparation of  icing<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pour 3 g of getting into a bowl, add 15 g of cold milk and leave to swell.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pour the remaining milk into another pot, add the dry milk, and mix so that the milk \"soaks\" a little.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add cocoa, sweetener and vanilla and, stirring with a pastry brush, bring to a boil and heat until the mass thickens slightly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Add the swollen gelatin to the hot cocoa mass and stir until the gelatin dissolves and the cocoa glaze becomes homogeneous. Set aside to cool, but before that, I recommend passing it through a sieve so that the icing turns out homogeneous, without lumps.
